To ensure service on the highest level our expatriate technicians from Germany are at your service, Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to handle any problem that may occur.

We provide a 1 year local warranty that includes service, spare parts and labor for all JURA machines (home and commercial lines). The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (invoice) in the country of purchase.

Service is available after the warranty period and it is provided by Coffema International General Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
